ABS material main performance


At present, plastic ABS resin is the largest and most widely used polymer. ABS is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene, A represents acrylonitrile, B represents butadiene and S represents styrene. ABS has excellent overall physical and mechanical properties, excellent low temperature impact resistance. Dimensional stability. Electrical properties, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, dyeability, finished product processing and machining are good. ABS resin is water-resistant, inorganic salts, alkali and acids, insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, but easily soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters and some chlorinated hydrocarbons. ABS resin, low heat distortion temperature flammable, poor weather resistance. Melting temperature of 217 ~ 237 ℃, thermal decomposition temperature above 250 ℃. Today, modified ABS materials on the market, many are doped doused materials, renewable materials. Lead to customer product performance is not very stable.
